Really disappointed with how unprofessional this experience ended up being. The concept is really cool and the kids honestly had a great time, but dealing with the owners and overall communication made the entire process frustrating. We were told certain accommodations were included(like forks/napkins/plates,etc) but throughout the party we constantly had to ask for these things and it made us have to wait to serve the food to kids. Great idea - owner needs to get everything together. Communication needs to be improved. His response to Kathleen Leone was not only unprofessional but was untrue. As parents we set everything up and cleaned everything up. AT once point I had to ask for a garbage bag. The worker was like oh we have a garage can over it. Then I asked them to move the can b/c the kids will definitely put garbage in the can if they see it. The indoor beach volleyball concept is actually very cool and the kids enjoyed the activity itself, but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by the owner’s rude behavior and terrible communication. From the beginning, communication was difficult, disorganized, and unprofessional. The owner is literally the worst human I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to meet. He does not care about anything g except making money. Zero pride in the appearance of the place. Zero thought into making the place better. The place smells disgusting and is dirty beyond any reasonable amount. Every employee there is miserable because they have to be around this guy. 6-7
They littered on the beach. Terrible company.
