I had 4 nails pop off in 5 days and they don’t offer refunds.
As nice as the salon looks this place is unconsciously bias to white customers. They are extra friendly and very kind to them. Other customers with different backgrounds, not so much. I went three times to make sure I wasn’t over thinking things. I am not! The technicians aren’t as bad as the receptionist. The technicians are good at the work they provide, which is why it was easy to return. I got my nails done here about a week ago and the experience was amazing! My nail tech followed the design I wanted, and my nails came out amazing!
Been here for almost 5 years. They are really good and clean place
