After 8 years of going to the same vet, we decided to take our dogs to Endless Mountain for a second opinion. Their office got us in quickly, which I didn’t think would happen because we are new patients. Everyone there was unbelievably nice. The assistants were patient and Dr. Lauren explained everything perfectly and answered my numerous questions thoroughly. Every last staff member I have come across has been more than pleasant and helpful.
New customer to them when my dog had an emergency and was injured they said bring him right in .
Incredibly accommodating with my piggy Zara. I’ll be the first to say that she is not an easy pet to handle, I’ve previously had 3 people tell me they can not trim her hooves because she is too difficult but the vet here was willing to let me bring her in (most places do house calls) and with the help of her team they were able to trim Zara’s hooves. They were extremely patient and gentle and even agreed to let me come on a regular basis so that her hooves don’t get too long. I’m a very thankful for their efforts.
I was an extremely nervous cat mom and needed to take the girls to get their annual checkup somewhere close to home. I used to go to Corning but since I moved, a 40 minute drive with a cat isn’t very fun for either of us. I called to schedule an appointment thinking they would be booked far out, 2 weeks but it was only a few days. As soon as we entered, I felt more and more at ease.
