absolutely love the infrared sauna bed, it relaxes your body. my husband and I really enjoyed it. we also did the foot detox! if you get constipated, I totally reccomend to do whichever one 😊 also got my first facial, my face has been clearing up. I cannot wait to try other facials out ☺
