Rude lady hung up on me twice. Called bck got the owner he said well you are a sales guy right? Yes I'm sale stuff just like him but that doesn't give him or her the right to be rude. all they had to say is not interested. I live about 5 miles from his store and install floors as well. Guess who won't be getting my biz.
