This place doesn't even deserve one star!!! I can't understand why they are still open. The owner is cluess about how to run a business...I had never experienced such poor customer service. Do not spend your money here. I already found another place (also on Mesa) which offers the same services but treat you much better. This business deserves no stars!! My friend and I tried to get an appointment for three weeks - no one ever answered the phone and never returned our messages. Finally my friend walked in and was given attitude!! I showed up for my appointment today and they had been evicted!!
The wait was ridiculous and that's that I had an appointment! I wait for 40 minutes just for them to tell me that the services (mani-pedi) could not be provided that day because they water was coming out brown. I understand that part, but what I can't understand is why did it take them so long to tell me that! Although they did give me a free mani-pedi for my next visit I am not looking forward to it.
