Been there for over a year. Always an issue with appointments! Last one they called and rescheduled my time said someone else needed it. So pushed mine from 8:15 to 11:45 and i said I schedule mine that early so i can keep my older kids home to watch my younger ones and after my appointment i take them all to school (the front desk told me i couldn't bring my young kids to my appointments) So then they call a few days before appointment and tell me the person canceled but i cant have my time back now dr wont be there and cha... read more
Very polite office staff. Nurse was courteous and thorough. Loved Dr Akan. He was very thorough and listened to me when he asked me questions. So happy I’ve found this office. Feeling hopeful with my migraines and vertigo issues.
25 year migraine sufferer.... initially was told I wouldn't be able to get in for months. When I expressed I was nervous about waiting so long because being in pain continuously for that long will absolutely affect my mental health. Well they LISTENED! And got me to the top of their waiting list! I had a new appointment within the week. When I finally got there, everyone was so nice! I had a stroke and he is what Community Stroke and Rehab assigned him to me. My mom drove me because I couldn’t drive and I called from the parking lot to let them know I’d be late. He left and I didn’t see him that day. We can sit in the waiting room for a hour past our appointment time, and that is fine, our time doesn’t matter. When I finally seen him, He said he was a father first and doctor second. His nurse had a ATTITUDE every time I seen him, so they all got fired. I tell the story to anyone that listen now.
