Phoned this morning and was hung up on, second call very unprofessional, staff mumbled the company name and when i asked about previous call staff advised they had been receiving crank calls. As a staff member of customer support team for a bank, we always bought our A game to work, when you still do business by telephone you need to be professional and answer the call in the way the owners of the business would want you to. DISAPPOINTED
Arrived 10mins before 5pm and already closed. I understand it's ok to close a bit early every now and then however pretty poor considering I called earlier in the day saying I will come close to closing time. Not only that but I think the employee made a run for it after they saw me arrive at the car park. That's ok I can spend my money at another disability equipment store.
We were so.happy with the service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the first phone call (there were at least 3) until they opened the door for us on our way out, we were so impressed and felt cared for. After contact with other companies I'm so glad we went with Endeavour.
Great service from Ben delivered and installed recliner chair for my Mum at the Nursing home showed all functions great customer service from Ben. Show room staff excellent also knowledgeable and helpful Definitely will be recommending and using endeavour life care again.
