10/10! I represented the Buyers in this transaction and used Endeavor based on a recommendation. This was a smooth and seamless transaction with good communication throughout the entire process. The settlement agent Rhonda was amazing. She explained things in such a thorough but simple way- it put the Buyers and the Sellers at ease. Bonus- along with being nice, she was also so funny! I will definitely utilize Endeavor again and will be recommending them to my colleagues.
this company lied about having the hoa fee mistake corrected at the time of signing.
I thought everything was good with Endeavor up until I got a letter from Code Enforcement in Baltimore City almost a year after purchasing the property saying that I owed a fine because of unlicensed work on the property. Tim and Jason have been entirely unresponsive and I can say after a year and a half it seems it is still not settled. If you want to be sure that you won’t encounter any issues after your settlement, I’d go elsewhere.
After working with Endeavor Title for over 10 years and tons of transactions it is easy to say that I never have to worry about the level of service they provide. Tim, Jason and the staff are all outstanding. Thank you so much for all the years of awesome support. A+
