This place allowed my son to become "Grossly Malnourished, dehydrated to the point of near kidney failure, double pneumonia, lung infection, septicemia, and filthy to the point that when he was rushed to the ER where he flat lined 3 hours after arrival and they revived him that they has to scrub him for 2.5hrs to get the contacts to stick to him.
