This used to be a place where I could count on getting quality therapy, but lately it’s been a completely different story. They don’t answer their phones at all anymore, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be left hanging when you’re just trying to schedule care you once trusted.
The experience was very disappointing. The practitioners came across as dismissive and somewhat rushed, which made it uncomfortable to ask questions or express concerns. Instead of feeling heard or supported, I felt brushed off. It was difficult to have an open conversation, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard.

The friendly doctors and staff. The staff puts me in a better mood and sets the tone for my day. They also schedule appointments in a timely manner, which helps a lot being that I have a busy schedule.
