Clean, modern facility. Well organized front desk staff. Great doctors! I have been here for both immediate care (thumb fracture) and primary care. When I had the fracture they were able to do imaging on site snd get me an appointment with a hand specialist within 30 minutes at the nearby Fullerton location. Very agile and responsive team.
I just came from this clinic where I was supposed to be seen by DR JAMES BOGENER. I was not comfotable with having a medical resident (male) be present during my appointment and DR BOGENER refused to see me. 1. Imagine having zero care for a patient who came in with a fructure. 2. Having total disregard and disrescept for a legally mandated patient consent that must/should be respected in every regard.
