Parents should be blamed for this! No common sense whatsoever.
As with most Endeavor locations, suite #s are wrong. My appointment was in suite 1500. There was no suite 1500. So I went into the first suite I could enter for help in finding suite 1500. Surprise!!! There is no suite 1500. They had no idea why we were given those instructions (in writing). Seems many people have been instructed to go to a suite that doesn't exist. And, if I missed my appointment because of their error, I would have been charged for a missed appointment. YIKES
Well, whenever I have to go to a hospital, or see a doctor for an injury in Illinois, I'm usually abused instead. Unlike most places, they don't do that to me. I appreciate their kindness here
You can’t even talk to the front desk you talk to some call center in another country and dealing with them is beyond frustrating. They have these long winded responses and ask you to repeat the same thing that you just told them three times. Not very good if you have an appointment or if there is an emergency. Not very personable to be doing something like this. Dr is nice but the are very pro jab here and lots of them that they want to give. Start to harass about it making me uncomfortable. Stay away from this facility please. They will bill your Insurance for the services you haven't received !
