You can’t even talk to the front desk you talk to some call center in another country and dealing with them is beyond frustrating. They have these long winded responses and ask you to repeat the same thing that you just told them three times. Not very good if you have an appointment or if there is an emergency. Stay away from this facility please. They will bill your Insurance for the services you haven't received !
I would not recommend this place have to wait almost an hour each time, when I visited my older kid and same again with my younger. There are good places with Dr. I am done with this place. Also Endeavor bills based on time you spend, why would I pay for Dr. making me wait for an hour, if they can't keep the schedule on time. If Endeavor wants to charge for last minute cancellation, then they need to respect patients wait time. This is just a clinc not an ER.
La señora que atiende la llamada fue grosera. Cuando yo no entendia mucho el ingles yo le pedia que por favor repitiera lo que estaba diciendo pero ella perdía la paciencia. Luego le pedi un traductor y me colgó la llamada
