Went for an annual preventative care appointment and physical check-up today. I have been looking to establish a relationship with a new PCP for a few years and it feels like my search is over. I had such a positive experience during my appointment! Dr. Tien Nguyen was present, compassionate, and insightful. He listened, gave suggestions and explanations, and gave me referrals for the more specific things I inquired about. Their nurses and staff were also caring and attentive to me. Wow! One of the nicest looking offices I’ve been in. Also very friendly staff and efficient. I was in and out very quickly. Availability for appointments is great as well. Dr. Enwezor was great!
Best experience I've had at a medical clinic in Chicago. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Check in was smooth. Literally everyone I interacted with from the front desk person, doctor and person who took my blood test were all friendly and competent. Dr Dang is polite, takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very respectful of your preferences and requests.
thought i found an amazing doctors office to finally be able to establish care, i have special needs and cant always make my appointments - DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES at the office of Dr Dang on broadway for endeavor medical group- i have never been treated so poorly by office staff over a missed appointment that actually was cancelled online through the portal on time !! they still marked me as a no show and then cancelled a different appointment on me.
