Best experience I've had at a medical clinic in Chicago. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Check in was smooth. Literally everyone I interacted with from the front desk person, doctor and person who took my blood test were all friendly and competent. Dr Dang is polite, takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very respectful of your preferences and requests.
thought i found an amazing doctors office to finally be able to establish care, i have special needs and cant always make my appointments - DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES at the office of Dr Dang on broadway for endeavor medical group- i have never been treated so poorly by office staff over a missed appointment that actually was cancelled online through the portal on time !! they still marked me as a no show and then cancelled a different appointment on me. They will force you to get blood and urine tests, costing you hundreds of dollars and several hours of your time, to get your medication and then deny any future renewal of your medication.
I went there my doctor just told me go to Swedish medical hospital get blood test , when I walk in I said I from WA ! They told me they are closed! But only 1 52 pm ! Unbelievable Hospitals are there to treat patients, and I have insurance, why are they rejecting me? This is inhumane! These doctors are unethical. They violate the purpose of being a doctor.
