Five Stars. I have seen Dr. Glas since he first joined Edward. He is wildly knowledge and goes above and beyond to provide care using all available technology which has saved me several times.
I wouldn’t go here for life saving measures. Forgot my wallet (whoops) I was 5 minutes behind and I called to make sure we were still good to go, and they assured me that it’s not a problem and I have 10 minutes before they consider moving on. 5 minutes I walk in the door and they’re asking me to reschedule. I drove 35 minutes to make the appointment and called before, and keep in mind you wait WEEKS to see anybody here. They think their time is much more valuable. Absolute joke of a facility. No clue how they still exist 👍... read more
Very poor communication here. I went to the doctor for a check up, the doctor recommended that I get a flu shot and that insurance would pay for it. Either the doctor was incompetent or wanted to squeeze extra money out of me, because it was not covered by insurance. The doctor should have clarified that insurance covering the shot was not always a guarantee. When I explained this to the Representive, I felt as if I was being gaslit. What a joke!!! Do not come here!!! I would say 95% of the receptionist there are a joke!!! Warned them 45 min before the appointment that we would be running late due to weather and was told about the grace window to be there and was told we should be fine because of the weather and its a Tuesday early morning appointment. Walked in one minute after the 15 min grace window and was told the doctor told his staff we needed to reschedule the appointment for our 2 year old we drove 45 min to. Dr.Glas has been my physician for over 20 years. I have trusted him with my life, my kids,my husband. He listens and goes beyond the call. If serious he will pencil me in. If I can't leave work he will video visit my appt on my lunch. He visited my husband in hospital on Thanksgiving. He is is smart, patient and a great listener. His fellow Professionals are equally good.
