I wish I can give them zero stars Booked an appointment online, got the email. Appointment day here I am only to be told there is no appointment. They do claim they left voicemail, but definitely not for me as there is no voicemail from them . AI should take over and make sure patients are informed timely . Such a waste of time , extremely disappointed. I should have gone with the reviews here no wonder the Rating is so BAD .

Avoid this place, especially the staff on the second floor. Their behavior is extremely aggressive and seems solely focused on collecting payments rather than prioritizing patient care. We informed the doctor’s office ahead of time that we would be five minutes late due to heavy traffic. However, instead of showing concern for the patient’s health, the staff immediately demanded rescheduling or payment, which was unreasonable and dismissive. If you are thinking about visiting this practice, don't. I’ve been a long-time patient of Edward Medical Group (Specifically the 75th street location) , but my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
