Endeavor's customer service is terrible! I had a procedure scheduled, which I needed to cancel. The website does not allow cancellations online, so I had to call. I had to wait about 25 minutes on hold, with no option of a call-back. When I finally spoke with a human, I was able to cancel the appointment. A few days later, I get a reminder about the appointment, which apparently had not been cancelled. I tried again, with similar frustration.
