First, I want to acknowledge that the front desk staff was very helpful and provided wonderful customer service. Unfortunately she does not work at that location, but covering a shift. My experience after that was mixed. The nurse who initially took me in felt a little off-putting, but with masks on it’s hard to read expressions. When the nurse practitioner arrived, I immediately felt I was in good hands.
