“I came in for my scheduled blood work today and noticed that four people who arrived after me were taken first. When I asked the lady that checked me in about it, I learned that I had not been checked in until I brought it up. This was very frustrating and caused a delay in my care. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to properly checking patients in to avoid this happening again.”

The service and compassion at this facility is exceptional. Every step they take you through for care is discussed thoroughly before proceeding. I was at this facility about 3 weeks prior and they even asked how I was doing after that visit. The staff and doctor are knowledgeable, caring, and "the best". Highly recommend this facility.

I went here but had some issues with a false positive result. I don't think they're very honest and I can prove it.

This location was the most diligent and helpful urgent care I have ever experienced. I went in for labs and the orders were not found in the system. Matt, who works at registration, was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to call the doctor’s office to get the orders, he fixed issues in the system regarding my personal information. He was lovely, caring. I never felt rushed. I will continue to come back to this location based on my experience with Matt.
