Dr. Ravi Shah was amazing-very kind, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, and I felt much better after receiving my results. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for the care I received!
I took my daughter here Sunday evening because she was sick. They did a test and prescribed antibiotics. They said don’t start the antibiotics until you get the test results. They’re making it all but impossible to get the test results. My daughter is too young to setup an account through North Shore, and I cannot setup one because NS cannot verify my ID or something. The Doctors are great but the front desk service is very bad. I stopped by the office to get a copy of my blood work and they refused to give it. They said the Doctor has to approve it. I said I already saw it online and want a printed copy and I was told by the 800 number to go pick it up. They later said they will mail it to my home and it has been 3 weeks and no mail from them. The staff, receptionist, PA and doctor (Dr. Wielgus) were all very nice and gave clear explanations. Noting that now appointments can be made on the NorthShore app for immediate care. The app shows available slots accross different locations in your area. Very helpful. No wait time on a Saturday afternoon.
