The Doctors are great but the front desk service is very bad. I stopped by the office to get a copy of my blood work and they refused to give it. They said the Doctor has to approve it. I said I already saw it online and want a printed copy and I was told by the 800 number to go pick it up. They later said they will mail it to my home and it has been 3 weeks and no mail from them. Readily available and friendly, competent staff. Filled all my needs!
The staff, receptionist, PA and doctor (Dr. Wielgus) were all very nice and gave clear explanations. Noting that now appointments can be made on the NorthShore app for immediate care. The app shows available slots accross different locations in your area. Very helpful. No wait time on a Saturday afternoon.
Doctor was over an hour late.
