Stay far away from this facilty if Tianna is at the front desk. The “lead” Tianna at the front desk was completely out of line and rude. She asked for my insurance since I was at the office a few days ago I asked why and she said “ Because I’m very thorough”.. I said I was just wondering because of my previous pleasant experience with the people here not asking for my insurance card info. I checked to make sure this location was in-network with my insurance. It was. I came here because I had fever, got swabbed by front desk staff for Covid and flu, didn’t even see a doctor, and left. Got my test results and an obscene bill considering all I got were two swabs for common illnesses - because they’d sent the samples to an out-of-network lab. Why is this something the patient has to check for too? They have my insurance info and should be using it with an in-network lab provider.
Made an appt and waited only for few minutes. Staff were great and facilities were clean. Highly recommended.
Great experience during this visit. The man who noted our symptoms and took our vitals was a gem. I showed up with two young kids and he was a sweetheart to us all. Very patient and understanding with my two year old as he resisted the thermometer and nose swab. And he engaged my curious four year old daughter by showing her the instruments he used. I believe his name is Michael Duran (I pulled that from the after visit summary). Give him a raise, he’s fantastic!
