Patients beware: Website hours and services offered are inaccurate! The lab hours are listed on the Endeavor Health website as 9:45am-6pm. The website also said that the lab service I needed (a blood draw) is provided at that location. When I arrived and walked in the door at 12:30PM, the receptionist said that they were closed for their lunch break. My mom and I walked in on a Sunday morning at around 9:30, and I was visibly unable to walk properly as I threw my back out pretty badly the day before. I kindly approach the man at the front desk who doesn’t say hello and asks if I have an appointment. After saying no, his look should’ve told me everything I needed to know about how this was going to go. This is the worse experience. Went there and the receptionist behaved as if he is the doctor and refused to let us see the doctor and dismissed us.
With my own experience + other reviews I'm seeing, I wonder why this place even exists since they barely help people here. The receptionist (did not catch her name because I was so pissed off at her lack of professionalism) did not even stand up to look over the front desk to speak to my partner who got into an injury and got wheeled in through the wheelchair provided there.
