This place is a joke, they open at 9, I had a 9:15 appointment, the earliest anvailable, and they are already running over 15 minutes behind. People have to get to work. The useless desk staff can’t even tell you when you will get in and display a blatant disrespect for anyone’s time. If I was this late for the appointment they would charge me, should I be expecting $50 for my wasted time?
It's probably the most beautiful looking medical office I've been to. Very stylish lounge!
EDIT: I emailed the patient experience email like the reply recommended and never got a response. Nothing but frustrating experiences with the lab here. First time, I had a take home test and was told I could just drop it off at any time they are open and then leave. Had to wait over half an hour for a lab staff member. Then I had to come a few times for blood work. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be called back once and repeatedly experienced problems with incorrect labs being done. Girls at the reception were pretty rude. Acting as if they’re doing a favor to me by scheduling an appointment although it’s their job?? They didn’t care if i live or die when I’m here just to schedule a freaking appointment and ask couple questions. I wouldn’t come back.
