I've had all positive experiences here.. the DRS Nurses and staff are all Great!! I I like Dr Cui! She's attentive and very knowledgeable...10/10.. also , if youre looking for an excellent endo, Dr Scott Goodwin is the best of the best!!!!!
I'm so frustrated with my medical bills. They're full of mistakes, and when I try to call to get things sorted out, I can't find a single person who can help. To make things worse, I had to wait nearly an hour to get into the exam room, only to have the doctor spend less than 15 minutes with me. And for that short visit, I got hit with a bill for over $300. It's completely unacceptable.
Awful customer service!!! I came here after getting blood work done at an Endeavor location in the suburbs. I have a chart with endeavor with all of my history including the final test I needed, yet somehow they couldn’t find it. They completely threw their hands up saying they couldn’t help me and wasted my time.
