Horrible i came with my daughter 2 years old with high fever and was told doctors are on lunch cant see her for another 2 hrs this business needs to shut down.

They are always kind, professional, thorough, and efficient. I'm always out quicker than I expect to be. Exactly what I want in medical care. I want to add that I use Northshore for my other providers and know how to use the app. This is not a clinic that you can just walk into and get seen. I can typically book time within a couple of hours. The waiting room is usually empty because you wait in the comfort of your home for your appointed time instead of a room full of people.
