Today I visited this clinic and had an appointment with Dr. Ihor Prus. I was very satisfied with my experience. First of all, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor’s assistants were also very kind and professional. Dr. Ihor Prus carefully listened to all of my concerns, performed a thorough examination, explained his findings, and prescribed treatment. The office was clean, neat, and well organized. This is a safe place for our family. My husband fell on the snow, and the doctors and team helped us.
I went for a visit 3 months ago regarding a swollen ear. I talked to a nurse for at most 5 minutes in which they determined there was no treatment or action required. I asked at the beginning at the desk about my insurance coverage and payment for the visit and wasn’t given an answer. When I asked at the end about payment, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge.
