This is a safe place for our family. My husband fell on the snow, and the doctors and team helped us.
I went for a visit 3 months ago regarding a swollen ear. I talked to a nurse for at most 5 minutes in which they determined there was no treatment or action required. I asked at the beginning at the desk about my insurance coverage and payment for the visit and wasn’t given an answer. When I asked at the end about payment, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. Great staff and care. Communicating with the clinic staff prior to arrival is inefficient, frustrating, time consuming, repetitive, and variably effective, despite their courteous engagements.
