I went for a visit 3 months ago regarding a swollen ear. I talked to a nurse for at most 5 minutes in which they determined there was no treatment or action required. I asked at the beginning at the desk about my insurance coverage and payment for the visit and wasn’t given an answer. When I asked at the end about payment, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. My first time receiving treatment @ NorthShore - Bucktown. The staff & care was exceptional. Thanks to all
Great staff and care. Communicating with the clinic staff prior to arrival is inefficient, frustrating, time consuming, repetitive, and variably effective, despite their courteous engagements.
Basically took my money and charged my insurance for them to tell me go to the hospital... They did nothing for me.
