I am writing to formally document a concerning and unprofessional interaction with Tara Schoonenberg, nurse practitioner, at this clinic. Throughout the entire visit, Tara Schoonenberg was dismissive in her communication and demeanor. From early in the encounter, I felt uneasy and unsafe due to her lack of engagement, impatience, and disregard for my concerns. I came in the wrong 1:25 appointment was 1 o’clock and this Caucasian guy with the glasses would not let me be seen. He had a bad attitude. Try to schedule me around 3:30 and completely. No one was in the waiting room. It was completely empty. Please do not come to this location when it’s clearly no one in the waiting room and you still can’t be seen

Staff is very professional and helpful but my blood test was botched which resulted in me being told to go to the ER at 11:30 PM for a "medical emergency that cannot wait". After three hours at the ER I was discharged for a false alarm and nothing abnormal. But I'm sure I'll still get billed for their mistake.
Worthless!!!!! Worth - less! Went there at 10am. Possible infection could have been resolved with strong antibiotics. But no. Mis Dea wanted more money for their er unit so they sent me to the er. I came at 11:43 and 4 hours later a doctor didn’t see me. The results and back and I saw them online HOURS ago. Just need antibiotics to go on my way. But no… still waiting to their freaking ER for someone to tell Me what I know . Save time and money. Don’t go there and don’t see “dea” if you do.
