We had a great experience here! They were fast, efficient and clean. The provider took a lot of time and was very thorough with the care plan. This is a great spot for the community
Do not go here. They charged me 300$ for a PCP appointment after telling me I was in network. Was less than an hour long and they simply took vitals and gave me a worksheet that I could have found for free online. Total scam.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by my experience today. Two weeks prior I visited and Joy took care of me, she was kind and helpful told me to come back if it didn’t get better. I came back today as I have now been unwell for a month and the entire team seemed rushed and dismissive. One doctor (goes by Jay although I think his name on his tag said something else) did not even wear a face mask. Everyone here was kind and professional, but I wouldn’t go here again. I came in because I had a sore throat and cough that hadn’t improved for about a week, which for me usually means some kind of infection. I was told that since a flu or cold can last for up to 10 days, that I needed to wait that long until they were willing to prescribe antibiotics.
