I have had unfortunate experiences that led me to urgent care twice in the past 3 weeks. However, I’ve had the extraordinary luck to have Joy as my attending both times. She is off the charts AMAZING! Joy is completely judgment free, listens to what your experience has been, and utilizes that information on top of her knowledge and your physical health to make a determination and lead you in the correct direction. Deanna is amazing
First off, they are listed as accepting my BCBS coverage, and that I was being scheduled with an actual doctor. Both wrong. They scheduled me with an assistant, and they were part of a different BCBS group. I didn't have the option to reschedule elsewhere, so I paid out of pocket. I was told $110 for a 10-minute exam. After paying for that, they later billed me for another $65 that wasn't mentioned.
