The ER technicians were professional, patient, and attentive. They took the time to clearly explain each test and screening beforehand, ensuring that I understood the process and felt comfortable. Dr. Thomas King was very calm and had an excellent bedside manner. He took the time to communicate clearly and made me feel comfortable and cared for during my visit. I appreciated his professionalism and compassion. 😊 Made me feel comfortable and treated me with care throughout my visit.
Rachel on the 5th floor was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and supportive throughout my stay. Her compassion and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience and even helped make the pain feel more manageable. She is honestly one of the best healthcare staff members I have ever interacted with. I'm very grateful for her care and kindness.
Have not been to this hospital in a long time. But by far this has been the worst experience. I understand their ER was busy but patient after patient kept getting discharged except us. Waiting on an ultrasound that took for ever to get done because they wanted a full bladder , even after my daughter had drank 2 large containers of water already.
