I was required to sign an 8-page telehealth consent just to e-check in for an in office appointment, with no option to proceed otherwise. The document includes broad language stating that many physicians are independent contractors (including groups like Duly), that Endeavor Health does not control their care, and that patients are responsible for separate bills. (Zero Stars) I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the ongoing experience I’ve had applying for HR positions with Endeavor Health.
