I have been unhappy with this takeover of Endeavor. I am a senior and could not pay the full amount of a bill. When I went to pay the second part of it, I found that they were charging me an extra fee for not paying in full. I was mortified.. It's not the amount, it's the principle of it. I called...The person I got in touch with was very rude. I have had hospital or medical bills in my past that I could not pay in full, and have NEVER been charged an additional amount because of that.....NEVER. I find this unacceptable and ... read more
