I came to endeared to have my gel nails removed. I asked her multiple times not to file my down my natural nails because they are extremely thin and sensitive. I asked her to soak them off instead. She began by gouging my nails with a metal bit until I pulled my hands away. She then soaked off seven of the nails and then finished by gouging them again with a metal bit. My nails are extremely sore. $54, my natural nails are destroyed and there is still gel all over. Would not recommend!

I always love coming here for my nail appointment. My daughter also loves their service. Trish is my favourite nail artist. She knows what exactly what she’s doing and she’s so great at it. Staff and owners here are so friendly. The moment you come in they will ask if you want tea or coffee? They are very welcoming and genuine nice people. I highly recommend Endear Nails Spa Massage. I hope they get more clients and stay busy.

This is by far my favourite place to get pedicures. I have been going here since it opened. Their service is amazing. I worked in esthetics for many years and they are wonderful here. It is very clean, they use foot tub liners and also clean the tubs. I've watched them clean their tools and stations. They do a very good job cleaning. Some places don't but this place does for sure. I came here for the first time 3 weeks ago, I actually wanted to wait 3 weeks to write a review just to see if all my nails are still intact. People here are so welcoming! They were all sp friendly and accommodating. First I was just going to do my nails and then I changed my mind, I was like "can I do my toes too?" Kim didn't hesitate. I got such a wonderful service at Endear nails. Arti did my pedicure and Susan did gel nails. Both the ladies did a wonderful job. I was very particular about how I wanted my nails. Susan listened and delivered exactly what I needed. The gentleman at the reception greeted all the clients with a genuine smile. I loved the whole vibe of this place.
