I had a very disappointing experience at the Lawrenceville location. I arrived just 10 minutes late for my appointment, and despite explaining that (1) there had been recent snow making driveways and side streets difficult to navigate, (2) this was my first visit and the main entrance/office was extremely hard to find, and (3) my original appointment had already been canceled by the doctor due to an emergency, they refused to see me. I understand that late policies exist, but the lack of flexibility under these circumstances... read more
The staff was efficient; had to wait a bit for my appointment but the office was busy so understandable. Dr. Joy was on top of my situation and the nurse and phlebotomist were attentive and kind. Very happy with this practice.
