I had a great experience with End of the Roll on Rupert Street. I shopped around and they offered the most competitive price for the carpet I was looking for, which was also installed beautifully. I also received exceptional customer service. Quotes, scheduling, and questions were all handled quickly and professionally. Tania, Ian & the team at End of the Roll Vancouver did an amazing job removing our old flooring and installing new LVP flooring in our home. Honest team running this business, and very efficient installers!!
Been there but i have to say the blonde lady is something from out of this world. The amount of soureness is to the roof. Maybe it is time to consider another front desk lady. Never again in this store.... Reply: She was so desperate to sell me the piece of carpet to make 10cad that she told the installer that i ve asked him for a piece of spare carpet not to give me(it was so lame) That says everything about her. She wants to control everything and not to be ridicoulus.

In my experience the customer service is excellent, the best in metro vancouver the manager is very friendly and guide you to have what you really need. Also the installers are very professional and reliable; don't look anywhere else. End of the Roll is the right choice.
