We needed to get replacement carpet after going through a flood. Jen was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the different selections available. The price was excellent and we didn't feel pressured for any upgrades. The installers, Mike & George did a great job and were fast and efficient. Overall experience was a full 5 stars.
