I’ve ordered flooring from this location before and always had great service. Very helpful, great prices and definitely recommend
I had a good experience with the St. Catharines location. I chose my vinyl, they held it for a couple of months for me and gave me a refund on the leftovers. It was smooth and easy. The staff placed the material in my car and answered my questions on the few occasions that I went in to see them. Perfect.
Jen was amazing to work with!! She understood our needs and budget, all the work was done quickly, the install team was great.
I can't tell yet about the actual job because of all the debris left behind. It might just be me , but I think they should do a vacuuming, so the customer can see the actual carpet. When I asked I have been told they don't clean up. I do not mind it as luckily have a proper vacuum , but if it's seniors house or a mom staying home with a few little kids , this could turn out to be a serious job.
He let a bunch of people cut infront of me probably cause they were higher paying customers. I never got my flooring that I was waiting to be cut. It should be first come first serve. Very disappointing.
