We were extremely happy with the help and understanding of our needs. We had recently had a house fire and we had to find a rental to live in. We found a trailer to rent however the flooring was laminate throughout the trailer. Our dog was so stressed from the fire and was used to carpeted floors. We went to End of the Roll for some carpet and Charlotte was very helpful, understanding and kind. The price was indisputable. We went to end of roll based on several recommendations. We really had no idea what we wanted, but knew what we wanted to accomplish. Charlotte went over lots of different options with us and set up a visit with installer to take measurements so we could get a solid estimate. Rick was very good and explained how different products installed, what was needed based on different materials and gave us some things to consider. It was a great experience and we’re very excited to get our new floors.
