We were looking for a particular brand of flooring and Jay from End of the Roll Pickering branch was really patient and very very informative and accommodating sourcing this brand for us. He took the time to look up on his computer to figure where we can get source it as opposed to not caring that we couldn't get a perfect match from his store. I worked with Hans and his crew on several projects a few years ago. This time, because of some renovations, we needed to repair a small 2 × 2section of flooring.
