After a series of unsuccessful efforts to land an appointment with carpet installation companies, my husband decided to visit End of the Roll at St. Laurent last minute just to attempt to inquire about the services. We came there at around 5:30pm and we were welcomed by Denise. She was very jolly and pleasant. She gladly answered all our queries and even suggested good carpets of our preference. This location gets a minus 10. The Tarkett Vinyl sheet flooring that was ordered at this location was installed incorrectly by End of the Roll. The flooring, with an offset tile pattern, was installed 2" out of alignment between parallel walls in two small hallways. Seams were not sealed. Flooring was cut too short for transition strips to cover. The flooring was not glued down. The installation had to be redone.
