I had a wonderful experience at this location. Sylvester was very helpful and patiently helped us pick out a rug for our stairs. The installer came to lay the carpet and both the End of the Roll office and the installer were in touch with me keeping me up to date. The service was fantastic! The installer was very nice and friendly. He was done in no time. The quality of the rug is great and we are thrilled with the look and the whole process! Thank you!

Great service pricing.
I would not advise this particular location, especially if you are a women. I am sad to say that they lied to me such that I had to get head office involved to correct the matter. The owner of the location called and texted multi times when he found out that head office was being involved. While I as a female went in to purchase the carpet when my contractor showed up to pick it up he was harassed.
