Great service from start to finish. They promptly replied to my online RFI and helped me easily make a selection through their expert knowledge. Communication was frequent and proactive and installation was seamless. Two stairs received new carpets. Final product looks great and the boss approves it (Camina the dog)
Excellent customer service! I needed a small piece of underlay for a patch job, and the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and generous. He provided more than enough material and didn't charge me anything. Very much appreciated and a great example of going above and beyond for a customer. The showroom also has a large selection of flooring and carpets to choose from for anyone planning a renovation or flooring project. Highly recommended!
Be careful of the Torleys, I purchased some Torley flooring, from End of Roll, London, Ontario. After flooring was installed it had been discovered that I have had two different floor finishes installed. Torley tells me it is an End of the Roll. And End of the Roll tells me it is a Torleys problem. Both companies have agreed there is a problem, but the problem is being bounced back and forth between them. Bought carpet for my home, the team was great, quick fast service, would recommend and use again, installers hat was great!
we love the flooring, really brightens up the bathroom. Installation was just OK, had difficulty with some pieces even when using the flooring tool kit, corners and doorways there was more cutting.. Had 1 unopen box left which I was able to return to the store. Thanks Paul
