Great carpet and install at a great price. They even split the 2 day install a few days apart so we had time to move larger furniture around.
Mike and the team were Great. Competitive price, knowledgeable and able to accommodate my schedule. Install team was really good as well.
Went into the kelowna store to get a cut off, or small peice of outdoor carpet for my camping settup. A young salesman was very helpful and immediately took me back found a random cut off that was perfect and took my money. That part was good. However when leaving I cheerfully said thankyou gentlemen. None of them were on the phone, none were busy with notes, yet not even one of the 3 sitting at the counter acknowledged that I said anything, they actually ignored me as I walked out with my carpet.
