Great experience with both Richard at the store and the carpet installer. Amazing work and very reasonable prices. The carpet is so nice and cushiony.
They have great collection BUT horrible customer service by one particular sales rep, I believe her name is Angela. I was looking for an end roll for a small space that we are working on in the basement for our kids. We took them to the store Thursday evening 30 mins before closing and the kids picked out one that they really liked, we weren’t sure if would fit the space as it was an off cut so we asked her specifically if it can be kept on hold for us and that we will come in the next day to purchase it. Excellent service from start to finish. Richard was very knowledgeable and made the buying process simple. The crew that installed the carpet we ordered were fantastic. The product looks great and we finally gave a finished basement.
