Do not use this business. Confirmed this carpet clean on Thursday last week and today, day of clean they cancel. Supposed to be there at 8am and at 7.25am stated they are running 15 minutes. I said ‘no worries’ Then at 8.10am he cancelled completely. Stating it is because I didn’t answer the phone at 7.46am to confirm when they called. I started work at 7am. I’m not with my phone as I work in an environment where phones are not able to be on my person. Never use this business. Terrible service!
