Edit: The provider reached out and resolved our concerns. We tried to arrange for a family member to receive services, but we were very disappointed by our experience. Background information: I have been acting as an intermediary/translator since my parents have a limited working proficiency in English, although I live two hours away in a different city. I am so thankful to Encouraging Discovery. We had some concerns about our PCM and his treatment plan for my daughter's mental health. She took time out of her busy day and reassured us that we are on the right track. We are not even patients. She just did this out of the kindness of her heart.
