Encounter Telehealth partners with the assisted living facility I work at and it is such a pleasure to work with them. The whole team is professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The referral process is simple and quick, scheduling is easy, and you can always talk to a real person who is ready to help. I have seen such great results for our residents and it is a service I recommend to other facilities as well!
