Encore initially replaced my front door and they were so professional that I hired them to do 1 small window and 1 massive window on a very old house. It wasn't just a replacement. They were creating a massive window. They are the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with. They kept checking and ensuring everyone was on the same page and kept giving us updates if there were any changes. They were more worried with extremely minor deficiencies, such as matching the brick colour perfectly, than I was.
Mike came out of his way to order an install one window for me that I’ve been wanting for a while. Responded to Communication very fast and his installers left no mess whatsoever very polite, courteous. Excellent work I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

This window insert has made a huge difference to my condo bedroom, for both noise and climate control. The train, street traffic, and frequent construction right outside my building are noticeably muted, and any noise that still comes through sounds like it's coming from much further away.
