DO NOT MOVE HERE. Absolutely terrible experience! Unprofessional. Business isn't staffed during operating hours. Constant turn over. 1. Dog park door is broken and never locks. Half of it is in a swamp and your dog will be discusting and smell like sewage. 2. The entrance/exit gates never work constantly broken. My car was broken into, no security footage and we pay for a gated community. They won't fix your clickers, so you have to use the calling system to enter the fac… See more

Nice, clean place to live. Location is excellent. Security is not what it is promoted as. Gates frequently do not close in one location or another. Maintenance is slipping some from what it was when I moved in two years ago. Management and staff nice folks and easy to work with. Inside community area not available except when office staff is working (bummer). TV and Internet service is very pricey and has limited options. Mainly professionals and retirees.
