Encore is a very good place to choose for a caregiver/CNA not just saying it because I work for them but because it's TRUE the staff is so helpful and nice and it's there 10th anerversity and I'm giving a shot out congrats 💫
My Encore caregiver is very loving and helpful. I am impressed by the training they give their employees, including how to use the equipment your loved one might need.i can’t recommend this company highly enough!
Encore is not responsive to customer feedback. Caretaker missed taking our mother to 2 rehab appointments in one day (if she missed 3 she was kicked out of program entirely) and fell asleep on our couch. This was the last straw of many issues we had with the people they hire. While Encore did take that caregiver off the case, no other compensation or apology was made. Choose another company.
