10/22/23 appt Reanna Wyatt a/k/a Reborn Beauty. Was told, after she already colored my hair, that she used a different brand/color of purple as she was 'out of my dark plum purple.' [WHY would she NOT tell me, so I could reschedule?!?] Result: lavender, hot pink, gray looking hair w/ blonde.
