Incredible! High-End service for a great price! I just moved to the area and needed a salon. I found Encore online & set up an appointment for a cut and eybrow wax. Rick was so kind and patient! He really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions. I have difficult hair, but Rick made it effortless and beautiful!
