My #1 call when in need of used commercial kitchen equipment These guys consistently go above and beyond trying to locate my needed items. We've purchased quite a few things from them; undercounter glasswasher, fryer, and others. Their prices are fair. The used kitchen equipment is - yes, used, but they do their best to sell quality used items and test it before hand. They have even delivered for a reasonable charge.Friendly, helpful and fair!
My favorite restaurant supply store. I have shopped around and found this store to have a really good selection of fairly priced items. I've purchased several large ticket items and am very happy with the service and products. I will definitely be back to them for more.
No refund received after 35 days. Purchased used coffee brewer, returned it after 2 days for heating element problem. Finally, product was returned for refund after 5 days of use, because it leaked and no hot water due to heating element problem again. I asked the refund on my credit card, however they told me book keeper will send out the refund check. After 2 phone calls for refund, I still have not received refund check. It's been 35 days. Pathetic!!!
