Friendly staff, knowledgeable and all around great to deal with
RecommendedHusband Chuck went from Grandview knee surgery to Encore the following day to start his therapy with Brian & Suzanne. From being swollen & stiff, he progressed to 127 degrees of flexibility &. enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow patients! He's graduated to the local gym & takes daily walks.
Great staff that really cares! Some really wonderful people! I like how they do therapy because they will always listen and answer your questions. 😁
Very Professional well trained In PT..✅ I had a post hip replacement surgery done. I was at Encore my second week after surgery. There expertise had me walking without a walker. If you go into Therapy with a mindset you’ll get better then you can. Brian Aldridge thanks for pushing me and getting me back to work & shape !

I'm rehabbing my shoulder at Encore following rotator cuff surgery. I hope I never need PT again but if I do I'd pick them again. Nice staff, knowledgeable and efficient.
My mother went there for therapy after her knee replacement in 2016. She has now been waiting for months for a refund. She keeps calling, and they say it'll be a few weeks before checks go out. After a few weeks, she calls back and is told that they don't know when checks will go out. She tried to talk to someone again today and never got a call back. She's owed hundreds of dollars, and they won't give it to her. The therapy was great, but the customer service has been terrible. My mother says she will not recommend this loc... read more
For once, I truly enjoy going for physical therapy. The staff is "da bomb " :)!
