RecommendedBennett & Frank are GREAT therapists who are very knowledgeable and committed to helping you get better. However, the clinic itself really needs some updated equipment that actually works.
My husband had his first therapy session this morning. His therapist, Bennett, was patient, considerate and completely professional. He actually listened to what we had to say! I highly recommend Encore for all your therapy needs!
This is the best therapy facility in Mobile county...it might even be the best one in Alabama in my opinion. Although they treat a variety of injuries, it’s nice to have a facility that has the expertise and equipment to treat spinal cord injuries. From the front desk to the therapists, you can’t find a more dedicated team that is determined to get you feeling better. They truly become like family. Great bunch of therapists
The most friendly, patient & accomadating therapists that I have met. From when you come in the door Avery the front desk, Bennet Cope the OT, Frank Cope Pt and Mindy PTA. They are considerate and genuinely caring. I don't understand why a doctor would not refer his patient to this location. The environment is warm and friendly. The therapist are knowledgeable and patient centered.
