First signed up. Things were great. I had to evict and take care of my affairs with the property on my own as I live out of town from my property. I got more done and evicted the tenants before they did more damage to my property. Company needs to be more attentive to the properties that their agreed upon.

They're supposed to be managing property my family and I live in. Can never get in contact with them. They never respond to the many messages we leave. And after grossly neglecting the many work orders my husband and I put in for my son's leaking ceiling for months. The ceiling collapsed in and we were forced to leave.

I closed on my house at the end of June. I was informed that someone from the Agency would be at the closing table with me since my realtor had to go out of town, however, nobody showed up. This was not only extremely disrespectful but also left me at the closing table with nobody to help explain the documents to me or answer my questions. I won't be using this agency if I decide to buy a house again in the future.
